TROTTER’S RIDGE POOL RULES
**POOL KEY ACCESS MUST BE IN RESIDENTS POSSESION WHEN USING THE POOL**
1. The pool is for the use of Trotter’s Ridge residents and their guests.
2. Residents are responsible at all times for the conduct of their guests and for any damage that is done. The residents MUST be present while any guests are at the pool.
3. Pool hours are from 10:00am to 9:00pm 7 days a week for regular swimming. If you are inside the pool gates before or after these hours you will be trespassing and will lose your pool privileges.
4. Children under the age of thirteen (13) years of age are not permitted in the pool area unless accompanied by an adult (18 years or older). Any child under the age of 13 observed in the pool area without an adult will subject themselves and their families to loss of the pool privileges.
5. Residents are limited to two (2) IN TOWN ADULT GUESTS and no limit on out of town guests provided they are pre-registered with the association manager by completing the pool pass form. The out of town pool pass form can be found on the website of Little & Young, Inc. by going to www.littleandyoung.net, click on associations, then click on Trotter's Ridge, then click on the pool pass form under Trotter’s Pool Information.
6. Proper swimming attire (bathing suits) is required when using the pool. NO CUTOFFS are permitted at anytime.
7. IMPORTANT—Showers are required before entering the pool. Suntan oils and lotions can permanently damage the filter system.
8. POSITIVELY NO PETS/ANIMALS are permitted in the pool area or pools.
9. NO GLASS containers of any kind are permitted in the pool area. Anyone found with any type of glass will lose pool privileges for the remainder of the pool season. Plastic containers, pop tops, and cans must be disposed of in the proper waste container. Harnett County Inspections does not permit any glass in pool areas and will close the pool down if discovered.
10. Anyone acting in an obnoxious manner can be barred from further use of the pool.
11. NO BLARING MUSIC…. Please use the facility in a normal, quiet manner in order to allow the maximum use and enjoyment for all residents.
12. No running, rough playing, excessive splashing, foul language, lewd and lascivious behavior.
13. Large pool floats are not allowed.
14. Bikes, scooters, skateboards, etc are only permitted to be placed in the bike rack and are never to be permitted in the pool deck area.
15. The pool entrance gate must be kept closed. Please ensure that the gate closes behind you when leaving.
16. Only authorized personal are permitted in the pool pump house.
17. At the direction of the Association, Association staff members may suspend pool privileges if any resident/guest is found violating pool rules.
18. There are NO LIFEGUARDS ON DUTY AT ANY TIME, SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. Be safe—have fun!!
19. The Homeowners Association will not tolerate the use of illegal drugs or the underage use of alcohol. The Association will cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies with this rule.
20. If there is an afterhours emergency, a Little & Young Staff Member is on call 7 days week. The afterhours on call # is (910) 237-4410. If the issue is a life threatening concern please call 911.
